The weather is very hot and humid. How I wish I can travel to a cooler country. I wanted to take my children to Korea to see snow. They did not see snow before the furthest they go is Hong Kong.

I have been trying to create a blog long time ago but does not know how to go about in doing it. Thanks to my sweet and young lady colleague who help and motivate me to do it.

Strawberry Cake for my elder son's Birthday

I tried decorating cake with whipping cream but not very good with it. This was for my elder boy to celebrate
his good O level result.

Saturday I just bought a Happy Call Pan from a supermarket. It is the standard size. I hope to start cooking with it soon.
